Empowering New Development Zone (ENDZ) is an organisation dedicated to empowering & mentoring young individuals during the ever increasing epidemic of youth violence & exploitation .

 

The Endz runs several programmes designed to enhance the learning experience- we use music as a therapeutic platform to learn new skills & support these young people and guide them towards a safer, more constructive future.

 

We specialise in working with young people who have been affected by Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), and County Lines. We are passionate about tackling these issues and work hard to raise awareness and understanding. 

 

Our mission is to influence young people who are struggling with the negative pressures & influences of the modern world. 

The ENDZ Programme provides a safe environment for young people to be able to build their self esteem and confidence- we aim to provide a therapeutic space for them to channel their emotions & experience via music

Here at the ENDZ we do not support or promote violent musical content & instead encourage the development of respectful & positive music.

 

We offer a fully mobile service that brings the music studio & mentoring directly to the young people, & thus fitting around their individual needs & circumstances. 

We provide a personal mentoring service, allowing the program adjust and fit around each young persons aims & goals providing a practical & engaging learning environment for young people who struggle in a classroom setting.

. Providing young adults with tools & knowledge on how to create an income & potential career

 

.  If/when a young persons circumstances change, we support them through their transition- thus steering them towards a safer & more constructive path.
